David Frederick is no stranger to physical ability and its importance in golf and in life. A 23-year United States Marine Corps veteran, David discovered golf in 2010 and began to pursue the knowledge and intricacies of the body-swing connection. David coaches the importance of integrated flexibility training to develop the mobility needed to execute a biomechanically proficient golf swing.
